Quick start

Your first ten minutes in Signal: check your brand, add competitors, upload your email history and open your first email.

1. Check your brand

When you sign up with your work email, we look for a brand with the same website domain and connect it to your account. You see it on the Dashboard. If it was not found, see Your own brand.

2. Add your competitors

Open Competitors in the sidebar, search by name or paste a website domain, and add the brands you watch. If we already collect a brand, its email history shows up right away. See Add competitors.

3. Add your email history

Open Import emails in the sidebar and upload emails you already have, yours and your competitors'. See Add your email history.

4. Read your first email

Open Emails, click any email, and look at its score and summary. See Reading an email.
