Your own brand

How your account is connected to your own brand, what to do if it was not found at sign-up, and why adding your own emails helps.

Connected at sign-up

When you sign up with your work email (for example anna@yourbrand.com), we look for a brand with the website yourbrand.com and connect it to your account. Personal addresses like Gmail or Outlook.com can't be used for this.

If it was not found

Open Settings → Brands and send a brand claim. We check it and let you know.

Why add your own emails

With your own campaigns in Signal, you can put yourself next to your competitors: how often you send, when, and with which offers. Upload your past campaigns on Import emails, and add your newsletter address as a subscriber in your email platform so new ones arrive by themselves.
