How personal details are removed from emails, how to download your data, how to delete your account, and what happens to the emails you added.

Personal details in emails

Before an email is stored, personal details about the person who received it are removed: their name in greetings, their email address, member, account and order numbers, and their points or membership level. The brand's own content stays.

Download your data

Settings → Privacy & security → Download my data. You get a JSON file with your personal data.

Delete your account

Settings → Privacy & security → Delete my account. Type DELETE and give a reason to confirm. Your personal data is erased after a 30-day grace period. The marketing emails in the archive stay, as they are part of the shared brand archive and contain no personal data.
