The calendar

See when brands send: month and week views, a heatmap of the busiest days, retail events, and exports to CSV, ICS or a printable PDF.

Open Calendar in the sidebar.

Views

  • Month and Week — every email on the day it was sent.
  • Heatmap — the busiest days over 12 weeks, 6 months or 12 months.

Filter by brand and category, and turn on Retail events (Black Friday, Christmas and the like) to see who sends when. Your week starts on Monday or Sunday, as set in Settings.

Export

  • Export as CSV — a list of the emails.
  • Export as ICS — a one-off file you can open in your calendar app. It does not stay in sync.
  • Print month (PDF) and Gallery only (A3) — for the wall or a meeting.

Keyboard: ← and → move, T goes to today, M, W and H switch view.
