Intelligence: trends, benchmarks and comparisons

The Intelligence section: when to send and what works, benchmarks against your market, brand-against-brand comparisons and year over year.

Open Intelligence in the sidebar. It has four tabs.

• Overview — when to send, what is working in your market, and where things are heading.
• Benchmarks — how your brand compares with the market. It needs at least one tracked brand with a few analysed emails.
• Compare — a leaderboard of the brands you track, and Brand A vs Brand B side by side. Export it as CSV.
• Year over year — this year next to last year, to plan the season ahead.

All numbers are about the emails brands sent: how many, when, with which offers and scores. There are no open or click numbers.
