Can't sign in

Trouble signing in or joining a team: the sign-in code, a forgotten password, an invitation that expired, or ending up in the wrong workspace.

• No sign-in code arrives. Check your spam folder and wait a minute before asking for a new one.
• Forgot your password. Use Forgot password on the sign-in page.
• Your invitation expired. Invitations are valid for 7 days. Ask the person who invited you to send a new one.
• You landed in your own, empty workspace. That happens when you sign up yourself instead of accepting an invitation. Ask a colleague to invite you, then accept it from the email.
