Find, tag and export emails

Search the email archive, filter by brand, tag and content, save a filter, tag emails, and export a list as CSV or share a view.

Open Emails in the sidebar to see the Email archive.

Search and filter

• Search looks in the subject, the sender and the preview text.
• Source filters by brand, tag and category.
• Content filters: high quality only, has a discount, has a GIF, has a call to action, hide expired images.
• Sort the list, and switch between Preview, Compact and List view.
• Save filter preset keeps a filter you use often.

Tag and collect

Select emails with the checkboxes, then Favorite, Tag, or Add to campaign. Tags are yours; create one by typing a new name.

Export and share

• Export CSV downloads the list you are looking at. Exports per month: 5 on Free, 50 on Pro, unlimited on Ultimate.
• Share view gives you a link to the same filtered list.
